COMMON QUESTIONS

Nope. Leave your car in the parking lot and go about your day. We just need it to be unlocked or accessible — we work on the exterior only and never need to enter your vehicle.

Minor surface micro-cracks can often still be restored — we'll assess on arrival and let you know before we start. Severely cracked or shattered lenses unfortunately cannot be restored and will need replacement.

After polishing, we apply a ceramic coating that protects against UV rays — the main cause of yellowing. How long results last depends on sun exposure, climate, and how the car is stored, but with normal care you can expect a long-lasting clear finish far beyond what a quick hand polish gives. Garage-kept cars hold up especially well.

Applying a coat of car wax over your headlights about once a month adds another layer of UV protection on top of our ceramic coating — doing this can as much as double how long your headlights stay clear. We can show you how when we finish the job.

No payment up front. We bill you after the job is done — pay on the spot by card or cash, or we'll send you a secure card link or Venmo request by text. Whatever's easiest for you.

Absolutely — that's one of our most popular options. Just make sure your employer or property manager allows third-party services in the parking lot, then book as normal and put your work address in the location field.

We serve Rexburg and surrounding areas, six days a week — Monday through Friday 7:30AM–5PM and Saturday 7AM–1PM. Please book at least 20 hours in advance. We come to wherever your car is parked.
